Beyond creating 3D models, KSS aims to connect data, rules, and processes throughout the entire project lifecycle.

POC and MVP are not mandatory stages. Regardless of the selected approach, KSS works with the customer to agree on the requirements, scope, quality criteria, deliverables, and acceptance conditions. KSS also conducts technical reviews, testing, version management, change management, and risk control throughout the implementation process.
